Project Mission

The mission was to streamline one of the most demanding parts of legal work: turning large volumes of unstructured case files into relevant, organized, court-ready materials.
BrainCentre brings discovery, document review, evidence management, exhibit preparation, and court document workflows into one intelligent environment – reducing administrative work and giving lawyers more time for legal analysis and case strategy.

CLIENT'S IDEA

The client envisioned a platform where legal professionals would no longer need to manually navigate hundreds or thousands of disconnected files while preparing a case.
The goal was to create an intelligent workspace that helps lawyers move through the entire document journey – from uploading and reviewing case materials to identifying relevant evidence, structuring exhibits, and preparing documents for court.

CHALLENGES

Large legal cases contain thousands of files. Lawyers need to find relevant evidence without manually reviewing everything from scratch.
Contracts, emails, images, correspondence, receipts, legal documents, and other files had to become one organized and searchable case workspace.
The platform needed to learn from lawyers’ relevance assessments to prioritize relevant materials across large document sets.
Finding evidence is only part of legal preparation. Lawyers also need to classify documents, build exhibits, preserve context, and turn selected materials into an organized package ready for court.

BrainCentre required us to translate highly complex legal workflows into a product that remains clear and efficient in everyday use. The project combined Product Discovery, UX/UI design, cloud document management, advanced search and filtering, evidence organization, exhibit workflows, machine-learning-assisted relevance analysis, and court document preparation within one scalable LegalTech platform.
